Federal Law No. 6 of 2018
Federal Law No. 6 of 2018 on Arbitration and its amendments was issued, stipulating that arbitration centers in the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction to hear disputes included in their respective agreements that stipulate arbitration.
We provide legal support, represent parties in arbitration disputes, and initiate all procedures before various arbitration centers in the United Arab Emirates.
